Putting faith into action is an important part of being a United Methodist. Your West Virginia Conference Volunteers in Mission are offering the following opportunities for service:
Long-Term Recovery in Florida:
February 26 – March 11, 2023
Will provide long-term recovery to those affected by Hurricane Ian. There is room for 5 additional volunteers to participate. Volunteers will assist homeowners to rebuild after the Fall 2022 storms. The cost for this trip is $500 and includes food, lodging, transportation, and work supplies.
VIM Service Trip to Alaska:
July 21 – August 5, 2023
Includes travel by air, food, work site supplies, and a fun activity on Saturday while in Alaska. The cost for the trip is $2300. There is room for 8 additional volunteers.
