It’s picnic time! When and where? Sunday, August 20th at Oglebay’s Levenson Shelter with combined worship at 10 a.m. and picnic at 11 a.m.
Members of CUMC’s Fellowship Team (and other willing servants) will be preparing hot dogs as they always have. Additionally, Riesbeck’s chicken will be provided as a second option. As in previous years, we’re inviting you to bring side dishes, appetizers, salads, fruit or jello salad, a dessert, or a vegetable to complement main portions (sign-up sheets will be available in the church narthex or you may call the church office at 304-242-2455 and let Carla know what you’ll be bringing).
Since worship is moving outdoors and due to connectivity issues, there will not be a scheduled live stream of this service. However, a recording of the service will be posted to our website’s Live Stream page, Facebook page, and Youtube channel after the service ends. We’ll do our best to give you access to the recording as soon as possible!
