As Herod deceased, Christ increased; out with the old, evil king and in with the new, merciful, and loving one. With the start of a new year, we must ask ourselves, “What holds reign over our lives?” Which old king needs to die for a new one to rise? Is it frustration, resentment, grief, fear? This year, let old ways die so that the Lord can manifest in your life.

Join Rev. Jake Steele & CUMC as we examine the gospel of Matthew and learn that as we proclaim a new king this year, it’s the “Same Town, New Crown.”

Matthew 2: 13-23
