“In those days…”, begins the gospel of Mark, Jesus came from obscurity. After thirty years of living in obscurity, Jesus was baptized and given an identity. Jesus then went into depravity for forty days and forty nights in the wilderness. Jesus came out of obscurity, obtained an identity, and fought depravity in those days to show us that we can do the same during these days.
