Today we are going to be learning about the Great Commission from the gospel of Matthew. What is the Great Commission you may ask? Well, a commission is a command, instruction or duty that is given from one person to the next. In the case of the Great Commission, Jesus told his disciples to go and make more disciples so that all people in the world will know the word of God. This commission is the biggest and most important command Jesus has given his disciples and that’s why it is so great. Get it…the Great Commission.
