When the Holy Spirit hovers, something (and someone) happens…

We’ve seen it from the beginning in the Genesis.  We see it in the beginning of the Book of Acts. We see it here in the beginning of the Gospel of Luke.  When there’s a charge of the Spirit, there seems to be change in the world.
