For many, nothing is as miserable than the thought of missing out. 

Thomas did.  He was late. He was the one who was not with the other 10 when Jesus came.  And now, he’s asking serious questions about faith and stands in front of the obstacle of empirical proof.  The other disciples words wouldn’t do.  He had to see for himself.  

But surely, the Lord wouldn’t do it all over again for just one, would he?  But wait!  It seems the Lord, in time and with trust, specializes in finishing touches.
